woa man i have not written a post in forever!!! just a little catch up for you:

since september i've been loaded with homework, went to a killer halloween party, went to california (disney land and sea world), thought about writing a blog post at least 12 times, and i realized that some people are petty and stupid. That pretty much sums it up.

anyway. today is my firday because i don't have classes on fridays (thank god!) and im just not wanting to do homework AT ALL! I have a lot to do but ya know how it is! So i'm listening to one of my favorite songs at the moment, Fireflies by Owl City. I think it's funny because i was listening to Owl City before he was ever super popular. I used to fall asleep to Adam Youngs music every night. His voice is amazing. I'm also in love with the song Sexy Bitch by David Guetta and Akon. Its such a catchy song. awesome. anyway...remember my math teacher that i was telling you about? the one that wears a purple glove to class to avoid getting chalk on her, yet somehow manages to get it all over herself anyway? Ok well...as we all know, it's winter now so no more Hawaiian shirts and cargo shorts, its time now for capri sweatpants of all colors and mens long-sleeved shirts with tall socks and, yes, moccasins. such a classy wordrobe. in this particular picture that i am about to show you, the choice of capri color was green but please pay attention to the larger circle:yes...thats right...that is her wedgie but you can SEE IT!!!!! I MEAN REALLY!??!?!?! CAN'T YOU FEEL THAT?? FIX IT SO YOUR STUDENTS DON'T HAVE TO LOOK AT IT FOR A WHOLE HOUR AND 15 MINUTES!!! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!

UGGGGH! anywayyy...tonight we are celebrating the weekend and tomorrow mark and i are celebrating 6 months together :]. yay!

alright soooo yesterday was quite the lazy day. i did get up and clean Francis' tank (my new fish because sadly, Finwick is no longer with us.. R.I.P buddy) and make the bed and whatnot. After i got ready for the day, i made Mark a cake for his birthday that was in May haha. I told him i would a long time ago and just never got around to it. So thats what i did yesterday, and i must say that it is delicious! It was white fun-fetti cake with chocolate frosting haha. so then the rest of the day consisted of watching for million episodes on 16 and pregnant and avoiding homework at all cost. *side note: can you believe that those girls had babies at the age of 16!? i mean...kudos but really? they are still in high school and still so young. just sad i guess.* anyway...Mark and I seriously had so much homework to do but really...we both decided that we can say we worked on but just really not work on it. so shhh. haha. We ended up sitting around all day and then we decided to go to the pet store and look at puppies!! ahhh such a bad idea. i want one so bad! i held a basset hound and about died he was so cute. such a lovey dog ugggh i want one!! the pet store here in poky had a monkey and donkeys and a yak! haha! after the pet stores we went and visited with my dad for a while and came back home to make dinner. we made chicken and au gratin potatoes and salad! tasty!! then we went to a movie called Expiration date. it's about an native american man whose family leaves the reservation before he was born and so the men in the family are cursed and they die on their 25th birthday by a milktruck hahahahha! its so good! a must see for sure! check out the trailer here [click!] anyway...great movie! after that just went to bed. today was back to class day! ugh 8:00 math class is kicking my butt! Mark and i are super tired today..marks to tired that he fell asleep under my bed hahahahhaha! what a funny guy. my favorite.

so this weekend was pretty good. it started thursday night when Mark and I drove to Twin Falls to watch my brother, Joe, play a football game. It was a great game but they didn't win. Oh well. It really makes me mad that the coaches don't put him in more often. He only got to play twice, but i thought he did great both times! Good job brother! So after that Mark and I drove back to poky in my crappy piece of crap car. She barely made it but im glad i have my car back :]

The rest of the weekend we just laid around. We went to the Eastern Idaho Fair in Blackfoot which was very fun. I love fair food so much! It's so bad for you but who cares right? The fair comes once a year so you have the right to endulge...at least i think you do!

so..ya know how people sometimes wish at 11:11? Well i do every single night. Or at least i do when i notice that its 11:11. Lately i've been wishing for the same thing everytime. I'm just wondering how long it usually takes for those types of wishes to come true. i mean, i think its an easy request. oh well. i'll start wishing for something else i suppose. can't hold on forever.

Alright, so today was an average day. My only morning class was canceled so i got to sleep in. It was so amazing. Mark surprised me at lunch which was nice, and i got 100% on my history quiz and i guessed on all of it! At 5:00 though..i had my first dutch oven cooking class and it was AWESOME! My group made chicken enchiladas that were soooo good! The rest of the class made like..cake and corn bread and cheese balls haha..but it was all really good. Every person in my group gets to pick a different thing to make each week so im going to make lemon bars!! ohhh im so excited!! Im really getting into cooking and i like it a lot. Im the next Rachael Ray so watch out world!!


Anyway! So tomorrow night Mark and I are headed to Twin Falls to watch Joe play football! Im super excited to see my family and to watch Joe play! Hopefully the win! Tomorrow i also get a new rug for my room and some new cooking stuff!!! Im pretty sure tomorrow is going to be an excellent day.

Change of subject..i just want you all to see how random and awkward my math professor is...observe: ok A] she is wearing a purple latex glove. Im assuming that she doesn't want to get her hand all chalky but really...purple? she can't go with something more discrete?
B] What the crap is that thing around her knee? i have no idea!!
C] She wears wool socks and boots...yikes. The first day of class she wore wool socks and MOCCASINS! double yikes!
D] Hawaiian shirts and cargo shorts just don't go together.

cooking adventures

So the last two nights Mark and i have been trying to cook dinner. Surprisingly enough, dinner hasn't turned out too bad. Saturday night we made spaghetti which is always a little easy to start with but if you know me well enough, you know i can't cook to save my life. But we did it. Tasted pretty dang good and we had enough left overs to feed all of Canada. Last night we decided to try enchiladas which are easyish too and they turned out good as well. We attempted Mexican rice and for some reason rice and i just don't mix. i don't think i have ever made rice that tasted great. I ended up not cooking it long enough so it was a little crunchy but still tasty. We had enough left overs to feed Canada and Russia this time. I like learning how to cook. It stresses me out but it's still fun and i like eating whatever it is that i made. Makes me feel accomplished! If anyone has any recipes they would like to share with me i'll attempt to make it!!

Second week of school has started. I only have one class mondays so its really handy. I practically get a four day weekend! so today i have to get quite a bit of homework done...but i have all day. so its not a big deal.

so today is kind of a big deal for one reason...IT'S MY COUSIN CARLY'S BIRTHDAY! YAY!

Happy Birthday Cousin (I'm definitely NOT grabbing my boob so don't even think that!)! I love you! I'm so glad we are such close friends! I just wish we were physically closer :[ We've been best friends for 19 years now and i've loved every minute we've spent together! We've been through so much together and i know that you know almost if not everything about me and visa versa. Grampy was so important to both of us and im glad that we could go through that loss together beacuase not many people understood how great he was. All of our matching outfits were amazing. I wish that my mom would have kept them so we could dress our kids in them...even if they are boys haha! I miss you every day and i wish that we lived closer together. It'll happen one day i swear it! I have a pile of blankets that we've made over the years in my closet. I wont ever get rid of them though, i mean...how could i, or you? They kick butt for one, but they have stories. Vermont stories and new years stories! I love all of them! I just hope you know how much i love you and you know that im always just a phone call away if you ever need anything at all! I strongly think that Grampy would be so proud of me and you and Hannah for everything we are doing right now. Miss you cousin!! Happy 19th Birthday! Glad you finally made it! ;)

day two

Today was the second day of class and so far so good. yesterday i had a stinken full day with math, history, english and literature. and today i just had government and dutch oven cooking! I'm so excited to start cooking in that class. my group that i was assigned to seems pretty neat so it should be super fun! I already have a crap load of homework that i'm avoiding right this second but thats ok. not too worried about it :]

I'm glad that I'm getting back into school and things but i miss summer already. I miss my family too. Ugh. i already went through all of this last year. Does it happen every year? Hope not. Anyway...i guess i don't have a whole lot to update on.

alllllllllllllllright!! well!! I'm wrapping up my summer with a good blog entry. I'm going to try to keep up with it this school year. It's back to school time...Go ISU! My second year..it's pretty exciting. Pretty much everything is different. I'm at a new place with new roommates, who i like already, i have new classes and im trying to make new friends. School officially starts tomorrow and im excited to see what werid people i share classes with this semester. Today i got my classes all lined up and figured out my financial situation and its only 10:00ish! Feeling pretty good/tired.

I love my new place. I live in an apartment with three other girls, Allie, Kayla and Jess. They are all totally cool and i love all of their personalities! I guess i haven't been at our place very much over the last couple of days but i still like it a lot.

I have a lot to look forward to this semester and this year. I'm super excited to get everything started up. Im going to make a goal for myself to read more this year. I read plenty last year but i would like to make that more this time around.

so many things have happened. i love the way my life is going. and love is probably an understatement.

last year of teenness

alllright well my birthday is officially over. Im totally 19 now. last year of being a teen. weirrrrrrd! I had a great birthday though. On the actual day Mark, Chantal, Matt and I went to Tucano's in Boise and had the best dinner in the world! Seriously that place is amazing! The biggest buffet you could ever need and everything tastes great!! Chantal and I decided that we wanted to dress up for dinner so we both got super cute new dresses that day and wore awful high heels. I think we looked hawt!! Chantal and Matt got me the Lady Gaga CD [which i love with all of my life] and Mark got me these cool flower wall hanger dealies that i've been wanting. it was so much fun. Our waiter, Jason, had the wooooooooorst breath of the face of the earth. Pretty sure he ate dog poop. no bueno!!

The day after my birthday [June 5th], i had a pool party at my aunt and uncles house. So it was my family and then Mark, Chantal and Matt that came. It sucked that it was super rainy and cold but we all still had a good time! I got this sweet tool set...haha, a new camera :], a new braaa hahahhaha, a dress, a game called 5 crowns and a bunch of money. I had such a good time and im so glad everyone could come. We played Catch Phrase for a while and we messed around with some fake mustaches ha. Driving home mark and i got a little crazy with undergarments hahahahha. I love birthdays! :]

Saturday Mark and I went to a Jimmy Buffet, Margaritaville party at Tegans house which was super fun. Sunday we slept practically all stinken day, ate dinner with Marks family and went to see the Hangover. Seriously such a funny movie! I wouldn't doubt that some people have actually had hangovers like that and didn't remember a thing. ahhahaha too great! Today i just hung out and went shopping with Sam. I got a bunch of cute new clothes. Mark went to Cali today for the whole week so that sucks :[ But im going to Sun Valley tomorrow to hang out with my dad and the brothers so that should be fun!!! Im super excited!

Does anyone think its weird how Jon and Kate can't get their lives together? I can't even tell you how much i love that show and how cute all their kids are, but really....i feel like both Jon and Kate are just in this for the fame or money or something? Kate acts like a dragon and Jon is never there. It's so confusing and now i guess they are getting a divorce. So unfortunate. All 8 of their kids are going to look back at these episodes when they are older and see how great everything started out, and watch their parents relationship spiral downward just because of the fame they both want. sucks. I love Aaden ha.

the weekend was super super fun. Friday night Mark and I went to boise and hung out with a few friends. Soooooo fun. Got a little crazy wrestling in Tegans front yard hahahahha. So saturday Mark and I sucked it up all day and hung with my family in Boise. Before we went to Boise we took his car to get washed at Nampa High. The brother was doing a car wash for football. He always seems to impress me with his humor. I would never admit it to him but i couldn't live without him. He's too funny to not have in your life. for reals! anyway, after the car wash we ate and good ol' jack in the box. Tasty tacos! We got to Boise and looked around at the Farmers market for a while. Then we all went over to the zoo and had a super fun time there. They have new Giraffes that i love with all of my life!! Mark and I named a few of the animals which was fun and i found out that i weigh as much python and he weighs as much as a........i can't remember. More than me though! And im as tall as a flamingo and Mark is as tall as a Rhino! cool huh? i had a lot of fun that day. That night Mark and I went to a drive in theater and watched Monsters Vs. Aliens. The second movie was The Fast and The Furious buuuuuuut we both fell asleep half way into the movie and the guy who works there woke us up and everyone was gone!!! HAHAHAHA! it was the best night! Sunday we just layed around and watched this movie called The Boy in the Striped Pajama's. It was such a good movie...which reminds me, i need to take it back..but anyway. Today i did a bunch of nothing. I went to Marks place and we went to the movie Up with Jeff, Nick and Andrea. I stinken love that movie so much! I feel like lately I'm really relating to movies. I don't exactly know how i related to Up but i just feel like i loved it more than i usually love movies. Maybe it's how sweet the little boy is and how he just loves everything. i just really liked that movie. now im home and not really that tired. i need a job :[ im stressing about it. no bueno.

free time

OOOOK! well...so much fun has gone on in the past like...week and a half! Todd, David, JB and I went to the spot and i actually jumped off the highest spot you can jump off of! super scary but way fun! Chantal and i went swim suit shopping and we both got super cute new suits :] Hers is like...black and white with random colors and it looks straight out of the eighties! so cute! and mine is just a plain black one. I love it though :] I went and watched Joes last orchestra concert of the year and definitely enjoyed it :] They sounded awesome! Last weekend i went camping with Mark and some of his friends. I had such a great time! Mark took his golf club and a few balls to hit around and he attempted to teach me how to hit the ball....its seriously not as easy as it looks!!! We just laid around all weekend and explored the wilderness. It rained a butt load on saturday so we all hung out in my hung 3-room tent and played uno! I had a great time. I even sucked it up and peed in the wilderness a few times. ughhhh i hate doing that so much!!! So this past week i have been uber job searching. I found a few places that are possibilities but nothing for sure. i really need a job. I actually had an interview yesterday at Claires in the Karcher Mall so hopefully something good will come of that. other than that, i've just been watching a lot, and i mean A LOT, of basketball with Mark. We all go to Buffalo Wild Wings in Eagle and watch the Cavs game. they finally won last night!

Im totally looking forward to next week because its my birthday on thursday!! Im just excited to hang out with Chantal and Matt and Mark and just have fun! Owl City is coming on Wednesday and i reallllllllly realllly want to go! It would be a great show! I also really want a new camera for my birthday. The one i have now doesn't stay turned on and charged for very long. Im ready to be a year older. and im ready to have a good summer too :]

summa summa summa time

woa! haven't written on my cool blog in a while! wow so much has happened. just a little run-through for ya:

• At school things got super crazy fun.
• Had a killer Earth Day celebration
• Went to a decade dance in Utah with Casey, Derek and Kandis and of course made a complete fool of myself.
• Started hanging out with the coolest guy. ie: Mark
• Went to a few parties and made a few new friends :]

• Elaboration of finals week: maybe slept a total of 4 hours. Tried to study super freaking hard...but ended up playing 5 crowns more. Instead of studying for Speech (which i needed to study bad for) i made friendship bracelets with Casey all night. Packed my all crap the day before i left. Had the best last day of my first year of college with Casey and Mark. Mom and My aunt Marcy came to get me and my crap and Fin and I came back home to Nampa, Idaho.

I had so much fun second semester that i actually didn't want to come home. now i miss Casey and everyone that i hung out with at school. but seriously i have been laying in the sun everyday since i've been home. SO TAN! i love it. Mark and I have a bet going on to see who can be the tannest by the end of the summer. Im winning for sure!! Im super excited to get my summer started. my birthday is coming up too! yay! i'll start writing in my blog more too. i miss it. Tomorrow should be fun. Going swimming at "the spot" and hanging out with Markie Mark and friends. (the spot is at Lake Lowell where the water comes out of this little dam super hard and you can jump off a bridge into the rapids. way fun) pretty much looking forward to tomorrow. :]

66 degrees

My parents came to visit this weekend. Im glad they did..it was nice to have some sanity in my apartment for once. Me, Kurt, my mom and Joe went to lava and then to eat at Buddys which was uber tasty and then we went back to my place. I made strawberry shortcake for my moms birthday and we had a little party for her. It was way fun! So after that my parents left and my brother, casey and I hung out with some friends and had a way fun night. lots of shenanigans going on! Today my parents left :[ and i just sat around waiting for lazy butt casey to get out of bed haha. She finally woke up at 3! It was suuuuch a nice day outside so we decided to lay out in the sun. we layed there for a while and then decided to do something fun. Erik drove by on the sweet little scooter and i totally got a ride! that thing had such a hard time going up hill with big old Erik and then me on it. hahahahhahaha so funny! we got off and our hair looked so funny! like you stand infront of a fan for nine hours! so then we played Frisbee forever and had a bunch of fun. i definitely got some sun! So now casey and i are in some study room trying to be efficient and do some homework (obviously not working for me). i was just thinking today about how lost and overwhelmed i feel. i guess i feel like i have no control over any part of my life. school is so stressful and im trying the best i can to get decent grades, i dont know how im going to pay for school next year, and i just have no idea. of course there are other parts of my life that i feel confused about and i just don't even know how to get stuff together. Im just glad i have friends like casey to talk to and keep my life somewhat normal. i need more friends like that. just like being able to vent to someone besides this blog. anyway...i only have 19 more days of school left, and i think thats what keeps me going.

right now, i am sitting in the living room watching halloween town, eating dill pickle sunflower seeds and texting with Casey. Its kinda late but im not even tired. So here we sit, essentially waiting for derek to get here. today i got my new phone, and i already hate it. Its super slow and i can't send or recieve picture messages or it will charge me like a billion and 4 dollars so i tried to take it back, and they are making me mail it in myself. so so so lame! darn you weird work phone! oh well i'll get a new one sometime in the near future! yaya! wellll so christian introduced me to my new favorite website. its called Oddee and it is so silly. easters!

so nothing has been so super exciting that i felt like writing lately. just boring school and nothingness. But this weekend was Caseys birthday and that gives me a good reason to write! Christian came down this weekend too and that was super fun! Friday night we went out to Pier 49 pizza for caseys birthday. gosh that pizza is so good! so i went and got her this delicious ice cream cake and we had a good time! after that Casey, Christian and i had a pajama party and watched movies and ate popcorn!! We watched High School Musical 3, Slumdog Millionaire, and 28 days later. great selection haha. so saturday christian and i got up and went to caseys softball game. she won the first one but lost the second. so that was fun, and then we just came back to my place and said goodbye to casey (she went home) and then napped forever haha. seriously, like 4 hours. it was so nice to catch up on some sleep. that night we rented yesman. probably my new favorite movie. I mean, who doesn't want to live their life like that? just be spontaneous and have the most fun ever!! learn how to fly, or bungie jump off a bridge. how fun. thats how i want to live when im older. sounds so great. so yeah, today is Easter! holidays make me miss my mom :[ but Christian went home and i went with my dad to his girlfriends sisters house and had lunch and helped hide easter eggs for the little kids. Really, like...who wouldn't want kids? after seeing the joy on their faces when they find out that the easter bunny came, or watching them have fun hunting for the eggs. its such a reward, who wouldn't want that? amazing. so all was fine and dandy until i felt the urge to use the bathroom. i get in there and of course, i drop my favorite phone in the toilet! There was nothing in there but toilet water thank goodness!!!! UGJKLJSJDISJ! im so mad! so i tried to leave it alone and have it dry off but it didn't help. so tomorrow i have to go activate my dads old, fugly blackberry. UGH. im so mad! but oh well, at least i get a free phone. tonight has pretty much sucked but its all good. hopefully tomorrow will be better. happy easter!

well, the weekend was weird and too much went on to remember and write it all down. plus, it wasn't very interesting anyway. what was fun was yesterday, when we watched Marley and Me. that movie makes me want to have a family and just start with my life. i can't wait to get married and teach and take care of my babies. it really makes me think, and want it even more. i feel ready, but i know im probably not. anyway. whatever. its a great movie and i recommend it. so yeah, today was lame. just went to school and did some homework and helped christian with stuff for school. i can't tell you how excited i am for him to get here! now i'm just sitting watching bed time stories waiting for justin to get heresies.

ok ok. so today was blehhhh. i woke up late and went to math, which is obviously the best way to start out your day. so i got back from class and decided against english today. all we were doing was peer reviews on an essay i haven't even started :] so i worked on my speech for a little bit and ended up watching my new favortie thing. Its called Viral Video Film School and i pretty much almost love it more than i love my fish, Finwick. but thats pushing it. because i love him. but anyway, this guy makes all these silly videos about things he watches on youtube. they pretty much make me laugh so much i cry. for reals you guys, you have to watch them. No one else but christian thinks they are funny, but oh well still! watch it! i hope you stinken love it!
anyways. so after i watched every single episode of viral video what not, i had to go to stupid biology lab. really, like...why were those invented? i pretty much have no idea what we are doing in that class and its two stinken hours!!! really...no really. who does that? GUH it makes me mad. so after stupid class i worked on my speech some more, and a million plans fell through and i ended up at my place by myself. It's really awesome how that happens so often, but oh well. i need new friends to hang out with. I eventually went and watched Shane and Roger and Brian play some church ball haha. they got beaten really badly :[ but it was still a good game!! I returned home and finished my speech finally! im pretty confident about it. OH! good news! my baby flowers are getting bigger and bigger. they are so stinken cute! I can't wait to see what they look like in actual flower form! well, im super tired. i want to make videos or something right now...or read something really funny. i guess im just in that mood :]

so today was very lamesies. i went to Whitney's apartment today to work on our speech and we barely got anything done. we just sat and played april fool jokes on people hahaha. man i want to live where she lives. im probably going to next year. sweet bengal creek apartments! awesome! so anyway, just wanted to express how excited i am that my flowers are starting to grow!! they are cute little sprouts right now but they get bigger everytime i look at them! there are four little things coming out of the dirt :] i love them! hahaha. i think its only like....day 5 or 6 of them being planted. So things are moving along nicely.p.s. i love this website. Its GYT and i don't know why i love it, i just do. :]

Boo school. I hate being back and having to do a crap load of homework every night. classes stink too. Last night Rob and Pete and Aaron came over and we had some fun. I made them a cookie in my easy bake oven :] it was awful but they still ate it. we danced to the backstreet boys and they decided to wear my shirts. They are definitely bigger than i am! so funny. Today i went to math and didn't understand anything of course. and then to english. the funny thing about english is our teacher almost never teaches. Our class has been canceled probably 5 or 6 times and if we do go to class, we go for maybe 15 twenty minutes. i love and hate it. i wish that she would actually teach me something so im ready for the next english class but really....not having class is super awesome. oh well. i worked on some homework for biology. We are supposed to make a pedigree chart and figure out who we got a certain trait from. seriously the hardest thing ever in the world! i totally did mine on ear lobes! hahahaha. it sucks though because you have to call all your family memebers and ask if their ear lobes are attached or detached and most don't even know what that means so i have to explain it and it just takes forever. i finally got it done and i pretty much got my detached ear lobes from my grandpa. sweet. if your interested in seeing my familys ear lobe history, click on the picture to make it bigger :] so anyways. today was so uneventful and i have the worst headache in the history of headaches :[ im going to bed early! yay!
